Lin’s Grand Buffet Announces its Second Houston Location

Posted on November 10, 2025 by utsadeli
HOUSTON, Texas – Lin’s Grand Buffet, one of the largest all-you-can-eat buffets in the United States, is proud to announce that its second Houston location will open in winter 2025. Located on Highway 6 between Clay Rd. and West Little York Rd., the dining destination, which originated in Texas, will serve a variety of Chinese, Japanese and seafood selections. Lin’s Grand Buffet is redefining what a buffet can be, with high-quality, fresh ingredients, family-friendly service and a commitment to value being the foundation of an exceptional experience for all guests.
“Houston is a dynamic city that truly embraces culinary variety, making it the ideal setting for a new location,” said Eric Chen, local partner of Lin’s Grand Buffet. “Being part of this community means more than just serving great food. It’s about creating a welcoming space where families and friends can come together and celebrate the flavors that make this city unique.”
The new restaurant will seat 274 guests within the 9,000-square-foot space. Enjoy a vibrant sushi bar, Mongolian grill, and freshly prepared steak crafted at live cooking stations, along with timeless dishes such as orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and sesame chicken. Savor distinctive selections like Cajun seafood boil, bourbon chicken, and salt and pepper shrimp. At Lin’s Grand Buffet, every occasion is special, whether it’s a casual lunch or a festive gathering, and the dining area is ideal for group events.
The first Lin’s Grand Buffet in Houston opened in March 2023 at the intersection of Cypress Creek Parkway and Stuebner Airline Rd. The upcoming second location will also provide convenient take-out and delivery services for guests. In addition to Houston, Lin’s Grand Buffet has multiple locations throughout Texas, including McAllen, Weslaco, two in Laredo and two in El Paso.
“We look forward to opening our doors later this year and welcoming more Houstonians to experience the Lin’s Grand Buffet difference,” said Chen.
The company plans to expand further by opening an additional location in Tucson, Arizona, in early 2026. The continued growth reflects Lin’s Grand Buffet’s dedication to bringing its menu and atmosphere to more communities in the Southwest.
Lin’s Grand Buffet – Houston – Highway 6 is located at 5402 Highway 6 in Houston. For more information, visit  linsrestaurant.com and follow on Instagram at @linsgrandbuffetofficial.
