Posted on November 7, 2025 by utsadeli

SAN ANTONIO, TX [November 6, 2025] — San Antonio Botanical Garden is extending special admission discounts and launching new community support initiatives throughout November.

“The San Antonio Botanical Garden is a Garden for All, and we’re deeply committed to being a place of comfort and community,” said Katherine Trumble, President & CEO of the San Antonio Botanical Garden. “These support initiatives reflect SABG’s mission of enriching lives through plants and nature by making the Garden accessible to everyone and to nurture the well-being of our neighbors across San Antonio.”

Federal Employee Discounts

Throughout November, Federal Employees and their families can enjoy $3 admission—the same rate offered through the Garden’s participation in the Museums for All program for WIC, SNAP, and EBT recipients. Visitors simply need to present their Federal ID at the admissions kiosk to receive the discount.

In addition, the Garden will extend its Community Level Membership—$25 per year—to Federal Workers. This membership is available to anyone demonstrating need and will remain open for enrollment through the end of 2025.

Museums for All

The San Antonio Botanical Garden proudly participates year-round in Museums for All, offering $3 admission to visitors who present their WIC, SNAP, or EBT card. This ongoing program ensures access to the Garden’s educational and wellness programs for families across San Antonio, regardless of income.

Food Drive

Beginning Saturday, November 8, during the Garden’s Celebrate Community event, San Antonio Botanical Garden will launch a Food Drive in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank. Visitors who bring three nonperishable food or household items will receive $5 off General Admission per person. The Food Drive and associated admission discount will run throughout November.
