Musician 1st Class Dana Dominguez, from San Antonio, Texas, plays percussion with the United States Navy Concert Band during a student performance in the historic Sail Loft on board the Washington Navy Yard, home of the Navy Band. Students and their chaperones were invited to hear the Concert Band give a special student-centered performance filled with recognizable tv and movie scores to introduce students to the professionalism of the United States Navy’s premier musical organization and all that military service represents at a young age.
